Position Overview:
This position will take inbound sales and customer service calls from homeowners. They will also assist prospective members with the online enrollment process and answer questions. Some administrative duties will apply on an as needed basis. Flexible hours for day and evening shifts are available between the hours of 8am and 10pm. This is a long-term temporary position.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficiency using MS word, Excel and Internet Explorer
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment geared towards productivity
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Team player
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Active Massachusetts real estate license is preferred
Compensation:
This is an hourly position.
